Mr. Robertson has been practicing in the corporate and transactional arena for over 19 years, with a varied and deep experience base that includes stops at an Am Law 100 law firm, in-house experience with a FORTUNE 50 company and time spent as General Counsel of a start up. He has a broad corporate and general contract practice, which includes serving as outside general counsel for clients and handling all types of business and transactional matters, including business formations and structuring, M&A, private placement equity offerings, various business contracts (including LLC and LP operating/partnership agreements, service agreements and securities and asset purchase agreements) and other general business issues. Ms. Robertson has been practicing law in various areas for 18 years, including experience at an Am Law 50 international law firm, as an operations attorney for a FORTUNE 250 company and at a small boutique firm. Ms. Robertson’s practice focuses on the formation, representation, and counseling of nonprofit organizations and counseling other businesses in general corporate matters. She has spoken on several topics related to nonprofit law, including seminars on Bylaws 101, Bootcamp for Board Members, Sales Tax, Launching a 501(c)(3), and the impact of the Affordable Care Act. She has also served as the interim executive director of a nonprofit.
Ms. Robertson is also an Executive Coach.
